Greetings! My name is Charity and as a graduate student counselor I look forward to working with you on your journey toward healing, well-being, and positive change. I believe in the transformative healing that happens within the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for you to explore your challenges, uncover your strengths, and achieve meaningful change in your life. I provide counseling services grounded in mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and relational-cultural theory, that creates an environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
If you are experiencing overwhelming stress, anxiety, grief, loss, depression, relationship problems, work problems, or mental health concerns that are affecting your well-being you don’t have to figure it out alone. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, you and a partner, or your family, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward wellness and healing. Let's work together to create a life that feels authentic, balanced, and full of possibility.
