Adult/Individual Therapy

Have you noticed changes in yourself? Does something feel off? Has someone mentioned they’ve noticed you’re different lately? Perhaps there is something unresolved from your past or somewhere you’d like to see yourself go in the future. Maybe you’d like to better know yourself. Individual therapy begins with establishing rapport and trust, we start by forming therapeutic goals entirely lead by the change you desire. Together we work towards these goals by gaining insight and tools which will allow you to better manage feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

It may be recommended to incorporate child/teen, individual, parent coaching, or relationship counseling.
