Hello! I’m a graduate student at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a native San Antonian, I’m excited to serve the community I call home.
I believe that every person deserves a therapeutic space where they feel truly understood and valued. My approach is client-centered and draws from Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), Existentialism, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), using mindfulness to deepen awareness.
I work with both adults and children. I have significant experience working with children as an educator and creative mentor. I strive to create a space where kids can feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences. I am especially committed to providing boys with a model of positive masculinity that encourages openness, resilience, and self-acceptance.
My background allows me to connect meaningfully with clients from all walks of life, meeting them right where they are in their journey. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding and personal growth, building a plan tailored to your unique needs.
